pivot digital’s founder.

Jess has worked with small businesses throughout her 15 year career in digital marketing (tradies, retail, sports, education, finance, fitness) and one thing remains consistent - every one of those business owners were all busy and time-poor while they chased and worked on their own dream! This doesn’t leave much room for exploring new avenues of growth, particularly in the digital space. It can feel really challenging to change direction and slow down while learning new skills and ways to grow in the digital world.

This is where the idea for Pivot Digital was born. After 15 years of working in digital marketing, Jess saw an opportunity to step in and provide her services to small business owners. Jess’ goal is to make it easy for business owners to learn how a simple digital strategy could have an immediate growth impact on their business without it needing to be complex, confusing or disruptive.

Our goal is to keep it simple, actionable and easy to understand!
